We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pick Packers / Production Workers to join a busy and fast-paced bakery distribution facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing casual work with training provided and the potential for regular weekly shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Counting and checking stock received each morning
Pick packing bread products for distribution
Separating and allocating bread products into designated crates and sections
Making and assembling boxes
Ensuring packing specifications and quality standards are met
Labelling boxes for delivery
Moving completed boxes throughout the facility (up to 11kg lifting)
General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous warehouse, production, or pick packing experience (preferred)
Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Have good English communication skills
Be able to work in a steady-paced environment
Be physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling duties
Be flexible with shift times and shift lengths
Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Shift Information
Generally 4–5 shifts per week
Additional shifts may be available depending on business requirements, candidate performance, and availability
Typical start times include:
6:00am
8:00am
10:00am
2:00pm
Shifts are generally 8 hours, however may be reduced to 4 hours depending on operational needs
Candidates must be flexible as shift schedules may vary week to week
PPE Requirements
Successful candidates must provide:
Safety Steel Cap Boots
High-Visibility Vest or Shirt
Long Work Pants
